Ingredients: 600 mg Organic Stinging Nettle Extract, Certified Organic Vegetable Glycerin, Purified Water. Does not contain: Alcohol, Sugar.

1 squeeze = approximately 0.7 ml.

Suggested use: Shake before use. Add one (1) full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz of water or juice, one time daily, or as recommended by a physician or healthcare professional. Can be taken directly by mouth. Please avoid direct dropper contact to the skin or mouth in order to prevent product contamination. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
