Shipping policy

Orders are prepared and shipped Monday - Friday mornings.

We do our best to ship orders within 36 hours.

Orders received after 8am may not go out before the following business day. (i.e. orders received after 8am Friday may not go out before Monday.)

We do not ship on weekends or during holiday breaks.

Occasionally, the inventory count for products in our system is incorrect. Whenever this is the case, we will attempt to contact you before deciding whether to hold your order until an incoming product arrives, or to send your incomplete order right away and the remaining product(s) later. We will also attempt to contact you is there is a question about product substitution or refund. Please include accurate contact information with your order.

We are unable to accommodate "Overnight" or "Express" shipping.
