SMALL BATCH
At Big B’s, we use the highest quality press available. We press the apples in small batches in a Good Nature squeeze press which allows the most flavor and solids from the apples to remain in the juice. We keep our juices unfiltered to keep the true apple taste.
AMAZING APPLES
We blend a variety of sweet and tart apples in each batch of juice that we make. This blend allows us to get a great balance of flavor in each bottle. Some of our favorite apple varieties that we like to use are Honeycrisp, Fuji, Gala, Braeburn, Golden Delicious, Red Delicious, Rome, Granny Smith, Jonathan, Jonagold, McIntosh, Pink Lady, Winesap
