Organic Whole Wheat Pastry Flour 2 lbs

Organic Whole Wheat Pastry Flour is a finely milled flour made from soft white wheat that is grown organically. It retains the bran and germ because it's whole grain, but it has a lower protein content than regular whole wheat flour, making it ideal for tender baked goods.
