ORGANIC BROWN RICE.

• Cooking Directions: 1. In a 10-quart stock pot over high heat, bring 4 quart of water, to a rolling boil. Add salt, if desired. 2. Add desired amount of pasta to boiling water; stir gentle return to a boil. 3. Boil, uncovered, stirring occasionally, 7-10 minutes for "al dente" pasta (firm to the bite); continue boiling 1 minute longer for more tender pasta. 4. Remove from heat; drain well. Serve immediately as desired. High Altitude- above 3500 feet: Cooking times may need to be increased slightly.
