Ingredients: Slippery Elm, Cranes Bill, Red Root, Goldenseal, Poke Root, Witch Hazel, Yellow Dock, Black Walnut.

Instructions: Add olive oil or coconut oil to get to a paste consistency. Form into a suppository. Put on waxed paper and place in freezer to harden. Insert in the vaginal canal for 5 consecutive nights, and douche night 6.
