EDEN U.S. Garbanzos (chickpeas) are soaked overnight and pressure cooked with no chemicals. An excellent source of folate B9 and good zinc. Kombu for the best taste, to soften, and help assimilate. Versatile, firm, bright, and sweet. Make classic hummus spread or dip with sesame tahini, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice.
