Drain water from pan and allow the cup and cloth to cool. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: left;\"\u003eAfter it is cool, put some of the tea in the eye cup. Hold the eye cup to your eye, tip your head back, open your eye and move eye all around. Repeat this 2-3x\/treatment. Perform three treatments\/day.
